As a TOEFL instructor at LSI, you'll play a crucial role in empowering diverse learners to achieve their desired TOEFL scores. You will be part of our TOEFL preparation program for adults, focusing on fostering effective test-taking strategies and college-level academic skills. 

• BA or MA degree, preferably in TESOL or a related field
• For degrees in different fields, a TESOL certificate with a minimum of 100 hours (online certificates accepted). 
• Background in language instruction, with TESOL certification, linguistics coursework, or relevant teaching experience. 
• Experience teaching test preparation classes is a plus.
• Proven track record of teaching ESL or a foreign language in an educational setting. 

• $21-$23 per hour, based on academic background and practical experience in the classroom.
• Annual performance-based raises.
