I’m Quinesha S. Lanes, passionate about teaching, cross-cultural communication, and helping students reach their full potential. I hold a BA in International Studies from Georgia Southern University, with a French minor. My studies focused on global issues like security, conflict, and diplomacy, particularly in Africa and the Middle East, giving me a broad perspective on international relations and cultures. I’ve worked as a French tutor at Georgia Southern, customizing lessons to students' needs and refining my ability to communicate complex concepts. I also taught English abroad with Education First in Beijing, China, teaching students aged 3 to 18, using engaging strategies like a star system for younger students and rewards for participation. As a licensed nail technician, I developed creativity, attention to detail, and patience, which I apply in my teaching.
