About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven TESOL Course Sales Consultant to help aspiring English teachers begin rewarding international and online teaching careers. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, understand their goals, recommend the most suitable TESOL certification programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students.
• Conduct consultations via phone, email, video, and chat.
• Recommend TESOL certification programs based on individual career goals.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships throughout the enrollment process.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective students and nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the admissions and student support teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, education, or customer success.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling online courses or educational programs is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of TESOL, TEFL, ESL, or international education is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and video conferencing platforms.
