Position: Homeroom Teacher for K3
Location: Line 14 Lantian Road Station , Pudong
Start Date: April 22-27, 2026

Requirements:
-Native Female teacher with minimum 2 years’ experience
-Or fluent non-native English speaker (minimum 5 years’ experience) Confident classroom management and clear communication skills
-Prefer with good KG experience and good knowledge of EYFS
-Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
-Teaching qualification (e.g.TEFL / TESOL / CELTA; PGCE; B.Ed)
-Experience teaching Year 1 or EYFS is highly desirable
-Strong understanding of early literacy progression and classroom structure
Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons aligned with Year 1 English learning
objectives, while remaining responsive to EYFS developmental needs.
-Teach early literacy skills including phonics, reading comprehension, sentence writing, and oral presentation.
-Support students in developing independence, focus, classroom routines, and learning behaviours appropriate for Year 1.
-Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and the wider academic team to support consistent classroom practice.
