I cannot download a resource
If a download link is not working, check the following:
- Are you logged in? — Downloads require a free account. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page first.
- Check your download folder — Some browsers download files silently. Check your Downloads folder.
- Disable popup blockers — If the download opens in a new tab, popup blockers may prevent it.
- Try a different browser — If the issue persists, try downloading from a different browser to isolate the problem.
I cannot log in
If you are having trouble logging in:
- Check your email and password — Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no trailing spaces.
- Reset your password — Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
- Check for a confirmation email — If you recently registered, you may need to confirm your email address first. Check your inbox and spam folder.
- Clear cookies — Clear your browser cookies for the ESL Boards domain and try again.
