Account & Profile
3 questionsClick “Login” in the top bar, then choose “Register” or “Create Account” on the login page. Enter your email address, choose a password, and confirm your email by clicking the verification link sent to your inbox. The entire process takes less than a minute.
Yes. Log in to your account and navigate to your account settings to update your email address or change your password. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it via email.
To delete your account, contact our support team at support@eslboards.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your registered email address. We will permanently remove your account and associated data. This action cannot be undone.

3 questionsYes — all features for teachers are completely free, with no paid tiers. You can browse jobs, build a resume, access guides, and download resources at no cost. Paid plans are only for employers who want to post jobs, access the resume board, or advertise.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for all employer purchases. All payments are processed securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase or have been charged in error, contact support within 30 days of the transaction with your details, and we will review your request. See our full refund policy in the Terms of Use.
Finding Jobs
3 questionsNew ESL teaching jobs are posted daily. Schools and recruiters from around the world add listings throughout the week. To stay updated, create a free account and set up job alerts — you will receive an email whenever new jobs matching your criteria are posted.
Yes. The job board allows you to filter by country, company, job type, and salary range. You can also browse jobs by country from any Country Guide page — each guide shows the number of active jobs for that destination and links directly to filtered results.
Click on any job listing to view the full details, then follow the application instructions provided by the employer. Some jobs allow you to apply directly through the platform, while others redirect you to the school or recruiter application page. Have your resume, cover letter, and supporting documents ready in PDF format.

3 questionsThe AI Resume Builder is a free tool that helps you create a professional ESL teaching resume in minutes. Enter your experience, education, and certifications, and the AI suggests optimized bullet points and formatting. The output is ATS-friendly and ready to export as a PDF.
Yes. All ESL Boards resume templates are designed to pass through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). They use clean layouts, standard section headings, and text-based formatting — no tables, columns, or graphics that could confuse ATS software.
Yes. Once you have built your resume using the AI Resume Builder, you can export it as a PDF. You can also download our free Word template from the Career Center if you prefer to customize your resume manually.

Visit the Pricing page or contact our sales team for current rates and bulk discounts. Featured placement is available for additional visibility.
Job postings remain active for 60 days by default. You can edit, renew, or remove a posting from your employer dashboard at any time. If you need a longer duration, contact support about extended listing options.
Yes. The Resume Board is available with Resume Access Plans. You can filter candidates by target country, certifications, experience level, and availability. When you find a match, contact the candidate directly through the platform.
Technical Support
3 questionsFirst, try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page. If that does not help, try disabling browser extensions (especially ad blockers), or open the site in an incognito/private window. Make sure you are using a modern, updated browser. If the problem persists, contact support via WhatsApp with details about your browser and device.
Downloads require a free account. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page first. Once logged in, if a download still does not work, try disabling popup blockers, check your Downloads folder, or try a different browser. Contact support if the issue continues.

We share information only with service providers who help operate the platform and when you apply for a job (with that employer). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to stop receiving that type of email. You can also manage your notification preferences in your account settings. Note that essential account-related emails (like password resets) cannot be unsubscribed.
We ask all users to be respectful, honest, and professional. Do not post misleading information, spam, discriminatory content, or anything that violates intellectual property rights. Employers must post truthful job listings and practice ethical recruitment (no charging teachers for placement). Violations may result in content removal and account suspension.
