Hello, my name is George and I am a 39-year-old British native with a 120-hour TEFL cert, bachelor's degree and 3+ years teaching experience in China between 2018 and 2023. My goal as a teacher is ALWAYS to inspire, not provide instructions for copy and paste. Through inspiration, a student can grow and often find their own way through logical, and cultural problems alongside other difficulties faced when learning a new language. Beyond this, I like to build the basis of a relevant connection, to understand better the students I work with and allow them to feel confident with the learning process. I am currently based in the UK and seeking a position in Asia to teach older age groups (16+), leading to opportunities to teach business English.
