I am an extremely driven International Principal who managed a large international school kindergarten in Changshu, China, for five years, managing over 25 foreign teachers and Chinese teachers across five campuses. I currently work in Beijing as Early Years International Curriculum Director in a very large IB bilingual school, using a Play-based and Montessori inspired curriculum. I am 41 years old and from Northern Ireland, UK. I have over 17 years management experience. I have taught since 2010. I am a native English speaker and hold a BA Hons Business Studies Degree, a PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status and a Masters Degree in Education.
