My professional experience in Talent Management, compliance, and organizational leadership has provided me with extensive experience designing and delivering training, facilitating learning, and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences. Through my work in the pharmaceutical industry and my doctoral studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I have developed strong instructional, coaching, and mentoring skills while helping individuals and teams build knowledge and improve performance. Although my experience has primarily been in corporate and adult learning environments, these experiences have prepared me to create engaging, supportive, and culturally responsive learning experiences for English language learners in a TESOL setting.
