I'm originally from Toronto, Canada. I've always been interested in living abroad and teaching English. I moved to Japan in 2017. In my first year in Japan, I had the chance to work at an English conversation school in Tokyo for one year. I taught ages from as young as 6 months to as old as 87 years old. After that, I continued teaching early childhood education at an international preschool where I got to develop strong bonds with children and give them confidence with using English. I have experience with curriculum building in subjects such as English grammar, science, and movement. As an extrovert, I enjoy interacting with people and I am looking to further improve my teaching abilities.
