About me
I’m Freda from Denver, Colorado in the United States. I studied Humanities and French at the University of Colorado and have a TEFL certificate. I’ve always been a very adventurous person and I extend that to my career choices because I like to diversify myself and continue to gain new skills. I’ve had extensive experience in the education field because that has always been my passion. I just finished a year contract teaching English in Korea to kindergarten/elementary students. I also worked at a Refugee Center as an Activities Leader for Immigrants and Refugees where I created ESL lesson plans and led conversation groups to help clients improve their English. Lastly, I worked for AmeriCorps, a non-profit education organization as a teaching assistant. I’ve gained very important skills through these experiences and would love to continue on this journey.
