I have taught over four years of teaching experience, including with equivalent beginner-level ESL students, in which I worked to develop creative and patient strategies in order to help students build the communication skills they need to be successful. I also develop engaging lesson plans in order to accommodate students' levels and abilities and utilize technology as a learning medium.
