What You Will Do

1. Research and assess notability before writing begins
2. Write clear, neutral, encyclopedic Wikipedia drafts
3. Source and format credible third party citations correctly
4. Submit pages through Wikipedia's Articles for Creation process
5. Monitor submissions and respond to reviewer feedback
6. Revise drafts based on editorial comments until pages go live
7. Update and maintain existing Wikipedia pages as required
8. Recover and rewrite declined or flagged drafts

What We Are Looking For

1. Proven experience writing and publishing Wikipedia pages
2. Strong knowledge of Wikipedia's notability guidelines and NPOV policy
3. Excellent research and citation skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Clear written communication and attention to detail
6. Experience handling declined drafts and reviewer responses is a strong plus
