- 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.
- Make teaching plan and schedule of school year / each semester based on the school year objectives and requirements, including curriculum design, teaching aims, schedule, examination plan, student activities, academic exchanges, teachers’ workshops, class observation, demonstration class, etc.
- Teach 20 hours per week.
- Maintain communications and contact efficiently and professionally with students, parents and colleagues.
- Set up student file management, including all scores (grades, midterm achievement and final term achievement) of all subjects, teacher's report, etc., and analyse the data and give feedback to students and management team separately. Adjust teaching plan if necessary.
- Organize relevant subject tests and examinations.
- Assist with enrollment and marketing work.
- Assist with organizing parent meetings and school activities, etc.
