Carrot Global Solutions is seeking experienced, highly reliable online ESL tutors to teach adults and children in a dynamic 1-on-1 environment. Please note that we are looking for serious, committed applicants only who are ready to dedicate themselves to a consistent schedule with minimal call-outs or sick days.

A Note on Compensation: While our base rates offer entry-level hourly pay, working with Carrot Global provides a predictable, hassle-free stream of income. There is zero spent time on lesson planning, self-promotion, or marketing—all students are assigned automatically. With back-to-back classes, flexible schedules, modest attendance bonuses, potential unpaid time off (UPTO) for full-timers, and annual performance-based pay raises, you can focus strictly on teaching and maximizing your earnings without administrative overhead!

Compensation & Perks

1. Base Pay: $11 – $13 USD / $14 – $16 CAD / 16,000 – 18,000 KRW per hour (divided per 10-minute class at $2.17 – $2.50 USD).
2. Attendance Bonus: Modest monthly 'Good Attendance' bonus for tutors with no call-outs or sick days.
3. Time Off: Up to 12 days of Unpaid Time Off (UPTO) per year for full-time tutors.
4. Growth: Yearly performance-based pay raises.
