About the Opportunity

As an independent English teacher on LuluClass, you will create your own teacher profile, introduce your teaching style, set your availability, and conduct one-on-one online English lessons with students who book you through the platform. This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried employment position. Teachers are paid for completed student bookings. The number of students, lessons, working hours, and total earnings are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging one-on-one online English lessons
• Adapt lessons to each student’s level, goals, and learning style
• Help students improve their speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and confidence
• Maintain an accurate teaching schedule and attend booked lessons on time
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with students
• Update lesson information and student progress when needed
• Create a welcoming and supportive online learning environment
