Job Overview

We are looking for young, native English-speaking teachers to join our reputable training centraining centerr in Hangzhou. We provide systematic pre-job training and long-term career development support. This is a stable long-term position requiring a 2-year contract due to our professional teacher cultivation system. Working Schedule & Teaching Load

• Total Working Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time office-based duty)

• Weekday Schedule: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM

• Weekend Schedule: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Saturday & Sunday on duty)

• Teaching Hours: No more than 25 hours per week (low teaching burden, sufficient preparation time)

• Student Age: 5-18 years old

• Class Size: small-class interactive teaching

• Teaching Resources: Complete, standardized teaching materials fully provided by the institution

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: Native English speakers

• Image & Profile: Young, energetic

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

• Language Skill: Pure and fluent oral English, standard pronunciation, good at interacting with children

• Contract Term: Willing to sign a 2-year contract (essential for systematic pre-job training and career cultivation)

• Personal Traits: Patient, responsible, loving children, proactive in work and easy to cooperate with Chinese team

Salary & Full Benefits

• Net Monthly Salary: 16,000 – 24,000 RMB (tax-free take-home salary)

• Housing Allowance: 1,800 RMB per month

• Visa Support: Official legal Chinese work visa sponsorship

• Flight Reimbursement: One-way international air ticket reimbursement after completing the first contract year
