Position Overview

Responsible for the overall teaching and management of a kindergarten class. Implement inquiry-based and play-based learning in line with the school’s curriculum framework, create a safe and nurturing classroom environment, support children’s holistic development, and build strong relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop term, monthly, weekly, and daily teaching plans based on the school’s curriculum framework.
2. Implement age-appropriate inquiry-based, thematic, and play-based learning activities.
3. Observe, document, and assess children’s development through learning stories, anecdotal records, portfolios, and other methods.
4. Provide differentiated support for children at different developmental levels.
5. Create and maintain an inspiring classroom environment and teaching materials.

Total Monthly Compensation: RMB 22,000

This total consists of:

Base Salary: RMB 20,000

Housing Allowance: RMB 1,000-1,500.

Health check and Residence permit fees are reimbursed.
