Partner English is an international online education company. We are expanding and need 2 full-time remote ESL Teacher Recruiters to build a strong pipeline of qualified online English teachers.

This is a long-term remote role with a high fixed monthly salary — not commission-only.

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruit qualified online English teachers according to company hiring standards
2. Source candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, teacher communities, referrals, and your own network
3. Develop and optimize teacher recruitment channels
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews
5. Manage candidates from sourcing to successful onboarding
6. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates
7. Monitor ESL teacher recruitment trends and recommend improvements

Must Have

1. 1+ years of experience in ESL teacher recruitment or international teacher hiring
2. Strong understanding of the Philippine teacher recruitment market
3. Existing recruitment resources, networks, or proven sourcing channels
4. Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
5. Stable work history and long-term commitment
6. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work full-time remotely
7. Available 8 hours/day, 6 days/week

Nice to Have

1. Existing database of ESL/online English teachers
2. Experience with Facebook teacher groups, LinkedIn, JobStreet, OnlineJobs.ph, Kalibrr, and referral networks
3. Track record of hiring 10+ teachers per month

Salary

PHP [20,000–40,000] fixed monthly, depending on experience, recruitment network, and interview performance.

Higher rate available for exceptional candidates with proven ESL teacher recruitment channels.
