JOB DESCRIPTION

• 22k to 26K after tax, 
• with free apartment 
• Shibei district,Qingdao, China 
• Bilingual primary school is looking for  a female native English speaker .

Salary  
●New teachers will be evaluated on academic qualifications, certifications, past teaching experiences, and the results of the interview process
●Salaries will be competitive with the current Qingdao employment environment and are negotiated on a case-by-case situation
●A housing allowance, health coverage, and work visa will be provided
●Paid holidays and vacations will follow the Chinese and Qingdao Education Bureaus guidelines. Qingdao University Bilingual Experimental School will provide employees will a school calendar
●Working Hours / Schedule
·Working hours will be 7:50 to 16:30, Monday through Friday
●Teachers will have up to 22 classes per week and may include several different classes of students or grade levels

Responsibly
●Teachers will typically remain onsite during non-lunch hours in order to be available for student, parent, teachers, and administrative interactions
●Teachers will typically report to school the week before the students each semester for training and planning
●Teachers will typically work several days after students are released for spring and summer in order to complete required paperwork and participate in parent conferences
●Teachers are occasionally required to participate in marketing and other special events. Compensation time is provided for these.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in a relevant field of study
• Native Speaker, accent must be clear and fluent
• Be competent at designing and applying lessons that include technology and multimedia
• Demonstrated proficiency in classroom management of primary age students
• Understanding of language acquisition pedagogies, (TEFL, CELTA, TOSEL, TESL, DELTA, or university training)
• Meet the qualifications of obtaining a Z-Visa
• a satisfactory health record and criminal record check.
