JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Montessori Preschool & LTSK Kindergarten
•  English homeroom teacher
•  work from Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) with one hour lunch break, and 30mins admin time.
•  Design and follow a complete teaching plan.
•  Organize learning materials and resources.
•  Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities.
•  Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information.
•  Assess students' performance and progress.
•  Fun, creative, patient, responsible and loving, and a good team player.

Standard Qualifications for Position: (2-3vacancies for 2023 Fall Semester)

1. A native speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa.
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Over 2 years teaching experience is preferred.
4. TEFL/TESOL Certificate.
5. Outstanding interpersonal communication kils.
6. An energetic and enthusiastic disposition
7. Understanding and interest in Chinese culture

•  Teaching time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:45am, 2:30-5:00pm. One hour lunch break
•  Non-attendance of class: office time at school.
•  

•  Salary: 20,000RMB- 26,000RMB/month, depends on teacher's education background and teaching experience.
•  International Air Ticket Allowance: 8.,000 RMB per year.
•  Insurance: Commercial Insurance or other global insurance.
•  Number of Students: 20-25 per class
•  Age of Students: 3-6 years old
