Job Title: English Language Instructor

Location: Kazakhstan International Linguistic College (KILC)
Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday), with occasional Saturday events (2 times per month)

Working Hours:

• Total: 40 hours per week

• Teaching Hours: 28 hours per week

• Office Work: 12 hours per week

Teaching Responsibilities:

• Conduct 4–5 lessons per day (each lesson is 80 minutes)

• Teach General English to students aged 16+

• Class size: 22–28 students

• Participate in a co-working system with both foreign and local instructors

Additional Duties:

• Administer and assess student progress tests (writing and speaking)

• Complete written reports on student progress at regular intervals

• Participate in school events and academic activities

• Conduct and lead elective courses

• Assist with department responsibilities such as:

  • Creating content (videos) for social media

  • Supporting academic development projects

Requirements:

• Experience teaching General English to large groups

• Strong classroom management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
