Job seekers are responsible for ensuring that their profiles, resumes, qualifications, work history, visa information, certifications, and application materials are accurate and not misleading.
4.2 Employer, recruiter, and school accounts
Employers, recruiters, schools, and other organizations may create business profiles, post jobs, search for candidates, receive applications, purchase recruitment services, and communicate with job seekers.
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their representatives are authorized to use the account and access candidate information.
Recruiters and employers must use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment and employment purposes.
5. Job listings
All job listings must be genuine, lawful, current, and related to a real employment, teaching, training, internship, volunteer, or education-related opportunity.
Every job listing should accurately describe:
- The employer, school, or recruitment agency;
- The job title and responsibilities;
- The location or remote-working arrangement;
- Required qualifications and experience;
- Salary, compensation, or benefits where provided;
- Visa, work permit, and sponsorship information;
- Application instructions;
- Any fees, deductions, deposits, or financial obligations; and
- Any other material conditions of the opportunity.
Job listings must not contain false, deceptive, incomplete, misleading, discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful information.
Prohibited job listings
You must not post or promote:
- Fake or non-existent jobs;
- Jobs posted mainly to collect personal information;
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing schemes, or unlawful referral programs;
- Opportunities requiring candidates to transfer money without a legitimate and clearly disclosed reason;
- Jobs involving illegal activity, exploitation, trafficking, or forced labor;
- Discriminatory job requirements that violate applicable law;
- Adult services, unlawful substances, weapons, fraud, or other prohibited activities;
- Jobs that misrepresent compensation, employer identity, location, or visa availability;
- Duplicate or excessive job postings intended to manipulate search results;
- Jobs that require candidates to purchase unrelated goods or services;
- Jobs containing malware, harmful links, or deceptive redirects; or
- Any content that violates applicable employment, immigration, advertising, or consumer-protection laws.
ESLBoards may review, reject, edit, suspend, remove, or expire any job listing at its discretion where the listing appears to violate these Terms, creates a safety concern, or reduces the quality of the platform.
6. Employer and recruiter responsibilities
Employers, recruiters, schools, and recruitment agencies agree to:
- Post only genuine opportunities they are authorized to advertise;
- Provide accurate information about the hiring organization;
- Comply with employment, labor, immigration, data protection, and anti-discrimination laws;
- Treat candidates fairly and professionally;
- Protect candidate resumes and personal information;
- Use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes;
- Obtain any required consent before conducting background or reference checks;
- Clearly disclose any lawful recruitment, visa, accommodation, training, or placement fees;
- Not request unnecessary financial or sensitive personal information;
- Not sell, distribute, or publish candidate information without authorization;
- Not send spam or unrelated marketing messages to candidates; and
- Promptly remove or close filled, cancelled, or expired jobs.
Recruitment agencies must disclose that they are acting as an agency or intermediary where applicable.
Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for employment decisions, interviews, offers, contracts, visa sponsorship, background checks, salary payments, workplace conditions, and compliance with local laws.
7. Job seeker responsibilities
Job seekers agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate profile and application information;
- Upload only resumes and documents they are authorized to use;
- Not impersonate another person;
- Not falsify qualifications, work experience, references, certifications, or identity;
- Review job opportunities independently before applying or accepting an offer;
- Protect their account and personal information;
- Communicate professionally with employers and recruiters;
- Comply with applicable visa, immigration, employment, and licensing requirements; and
- Report suspicious job listings, recruiters, messages, or payment requests.
Job seekers are responsible for determining whether a job, employer, recruiter, salary, contract, visa arrangement, or relocation opportunity is suitable and legitimate.
8. Resume and candidate database access
Where ESLBoards provides access to candidate profiles or resumes, such access is granted only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
Employers and recruiters must not:
- Use candidate information for unrelated advertising or marketing;
- Sell or share candidate information with unauthorized third parties;
- Build or resell external candidate databases;
- Download resumes in excessive quantities;
- Use automated scraping, bots, crawlers, or extraction tools;
- Contact candidates about unrelated products, investments, schemes, or services;
- Publish candidate details publicly; or
- Retain candidate data longer than necessary or legally permitted.
ESLBoards may limit searches, downloads, messages, account activity, or database access to prevent misuse.
9. Applications and communication
ESLBoards may allow users to send applications, messages, interview requests, notifications, or other communications.
You are responsible for all messages and materials sent through your account.
You must not use ESLBoards communication tools to send:
- Spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing content;
- Fraudulent job offers or payment requests;
- Malware, viruses, harmful files, or phishing links;
- Adult, obscene, or unlawful content;
- False or misleading information;
- Political campaigning unrelated to recruitment;
- Unrelated advertisements; or
- Messages that violate another person’s privacy or legal rights.
ESLBoards may monitor, scan, filter, restrict, or retain communications where reasonably necessary for security, moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
10. No guarantee of employment or candidates
ESLBoards provides a platform for connecting job seekers and recruitment organizations. We do not guarantee:
- That a job seeker will receive an interview or job offer;
- That an employer will receive applications or suitable candidates;
- That a candidate will accept an offer;
- That a job listing will achieve a particular number of views or applications;
- That a visa or work permit will be granted;
- That information provided by users is accurate;
- That a job or employer is suitable for a particular user; or
- That any employment relationship will be successful.
ESLBoards is not an employer, recruitment agency, immigration adviser, legal adviser, or party to any employment agreement unless explicitly stated in writing.
11. Verification and background checks
ESLBoards may offer account, employer, recruiter, or job verification features. A verification badge or status does not guarantee that a user, company, job, document, or offer is trustworthy, lawful, financially stable, or suitable.
Verification may be limited to checking selected information at a particular point in time.
Users should independently verify:
- The identity of employers and recruiters;
- The business registration of a school or organization;
- The terms of an employment contract;
- The validity of visas and work permits;
- The accuracy of salary and benefit information;
- The safety of a workplace or accommodation; and
- The legitimacy of payment or document requests.
12. Visa, immigration, and relocation information
ESLBoards may display information about visas, work permits, sponsorship, travel, relocation, taxes, or employment eligibility.

13. Paid services
ESLBoards may offer paid services, including:

- Recruiter subscriptions;

- Employer branding services;
- Social media promotion;
- Job-distribution services; and

Prices, service periods, features, limits, taxes, and billing terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a paid service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information;
- Pay all applicable charges and taxes;
- Authorize ESLBoards or its payment provider to process the payment;
- Comply with the limits of the purchased plan; and
- Not misuse payment disputes or chargebacks.
14. Subscriptions and recurring billing
Some services may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
Where recurring billing applies, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize ESLBoards or its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method.
You may cancel a subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting support, subject to the cancellation instructions shown at purchase.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.
15. Refund and cancellation policy
Except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been activated, delivered, published, promoted, or used.
A refund may not be available where:
- A job listing has already been published;
- A featured or promotional campaign has started;
- Candidate profiles or resumes have been accessed;
- A downloadable or digital service has been delivered;
- Resume writing or review work has started;
- The user changes their mind after service activation;
- A job listing is removed for violating these Terms;
- An account is suspended for misuse; or
- The purchased service was not used before its expiration date.
ESLBoards may issue a full or partial refund, service credit, replacement listing, or extension at its discretion where a technical failure or billing error prevented delivery of the purchased service.

16. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact ESLBoards before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can investigate the matter.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

- Removal of job listings or advertisements;
- Cancellation of active services;
- Recovery of chargeback fees or unpaid amounts; or
- Restriction from making future purchases.
17. Promotions, discounts, and credits
Promotional codes, free listings, trial periods, discounts, account credits, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Promotions may expire;
- Promotions may be limited to one account or organization;
- Promotions cannot be transferred or resold;
- Multiple promotions may not be combined; and
- ESLBoards may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error, fraud, or misuse.
18. Advertising and sponsored content
ESLBoards may display advertisements, sponsored job listings, featured employers, promoted services, affiliate links, or other commercial content.
Paid placement or promotion does not represent a guarantee, endorsement, recommendation, or verification by ESLBoards.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their content is accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable advertising and employment laws.
19. Resume and career services
ESLBoards may offer resume writing, resume review, profile optimization, cover letter preparation, interview assistance, or other career services.
These services are intended to improve presentation and clarity. They do not guarantee:
- Employment;
- Interview selection;
- A particular salary;
- Visa approval;
- Acceptance by an employer; or
- A particular ranking in an applicant-tracking system.
Users are responsible for reviewing completed documents and confirming that all information is accurate before submitting them to employers.
20. Artificial intelligence and automated tools
ESLBoards may use artificial intelligence or automated tools to provide features such as:
- Job recommendations;
- Candidate matching;
- Resume suggestions;
- Job-description assistance;
- Content moderation;
- Spam and fraud detection;
- Automated support responses;
- Translation or summarization;
- Profile recommendations; and
- Search ranking or relevance.
Automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation.
Users must independently review and verify AI-generated or automated content before publishing, sending, relying on, or acting upon it.
Employers remain responsible for recruitment and employment decisions. Job seekers remain responsible for their applications and career decisions.
You must not use ESLBoards AI features to generate discriminatory, fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
21. Social media features and guidelines
ESLBoards may operate social media pages or provide tools for sharing content to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, and other services.
When interacting with ESLBoards through social media, you agree not to:
- Post confidential or sensitive personal information;
- Publish another person’s private information without permission;
- Post fake jobs or fraudulent recruitment offers;
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others;
- Post obscene, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful content;
- Impersonate ESLBoards or another person or organization;
- Send spam, malware, phishing links, or deceptive promotions;
- Request payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or banking credentials from candidates;
- Misuse ESLBoards logos, trademarks, or branding; or
- Violate the rules of the relevant social media platform.
ESLBoards may remove, hide, report, archive, or retain social media content that violates these Terms or creates a safety, legal, or reputational risk.
22. User-generated content
Users may submit job listings, resumes, company descriptions, reviews, comments, messages, photographs, logos, videos, documents, and other content.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant ESLBoards a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, publish, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve ESLBoards.
This license continues for as long as the content remains on ESLBoards or is reasonably required for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcement.
You confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it;
- The content is accurate and lawful;
- The content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- The content does not contain malware or harmful code; and
- Publishing the content does not violate any confidentiality obligation.
23. Content moderation
ESLBoards is not required to review every job listing, profile, comment, message, file, or user submission before publication.
However, we may use manual or automated moderation tools to:
- Detect spam, scams, fraud, abuse, and prohibited content;
- Review reported job listings or users;
- Remove duplicate or misleading content;
- Limit excessive account activity;
- Scan files for malware;
- Protect candidate information; and
- Enforce these Terms and Conditions.
ESLBoards may remove or restrict content without advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
24. Prohibited conduct
You must not use ESLBoards to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Commit fraud, identity theft, phishing, or impersonation;
- Post fake jobs, fake resumes, or false qualifications;
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against another person;
- Collect personal information without a lawful recruitment purpose;
- Scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or extract website data without written permission;
- Use bots or automation to create accounts, send messages, download resumes, or manipulate traffic;
- Attempt to bypass account limits, security controls, or payment requirements;
- Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful code;
- Interfere with the website, servers, networks, or other users;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of protected software;
- Resell ESLBoards services without authorization;
- Use candidate data for marketing unrelated products or services;
- Manipulate reviews, search rankings, applications, or engagement metrics;
- Create multiple accounts to avoid suspension or service limits;
- Use the platform to facilitate trafficking, forced labor, illegal employment, or exploitation;
- Use ESLBoards branding in a misleading way; or
- Assist another person in any prohibited activity.
25. Intellectual property
Except for user-generated content, ESLBoards and its licensors own or control the website, software, databases, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, code, features, layouts, and other platform content.
You may use ESLBoards only for its intended personal or business recruitment purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify, distribute, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit ESLBoards content without prior written permission.
ESLBoards, ESLBoards.com, associated logos, and related branding may be trademarks or protected commercial identifiers. No right to use them is granted except as expressly permitted.
26. Copyright complaints

28. Platform availability

Depending on the seriousness of the issue, suspension or termination may occur without advance notice.
After termination, you must stop using the affected account and services. Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that logically survive termination will continue to apply.
31. User account deletion

Account deletion may not immediately remove:
- Information already sent to employers or recruiters;
- Financial and transaction records;
- Information retained for legal or tax purposes;
- Fraud-prevention and security records;
- Information in backup systems;
- Public comments or discussions where removal would affect other users; or
- Information required to resolve disputes or enforce these Terms.
32. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESLBoards and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
ESLBoards does not make any warranty or representation that:
- The website will always be available, secure, or error-free;
- Job listings or user information will be accurate or complete;
- Employers, recruiters, candidates, or schools are trustworthy;
- A user will receive employment, candidates, interviews, or applications;
- A visa, work permit, license, or background check will be approved;
- Messages or notifications will always be delivered;
- The website will meet every user’s requirements; or
- All harmful or fraudulent activity will be detected.
Any reliance on job listings, resumes, reviews, profiles, advice, automated recommendations, or user communications is at your own risk.
33. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESLBoards, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes loss arising from:
- Employment decisions or job offers;
- Recruitment disputes;
- Visa or immigration issues;
- Salary, benefits, accommodation, or workplace conditions;
- Fraudulent jobs, users, employers, or recruiters;
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, opportunities, or reputation;
- Unauthorized account access;
- Third-party websites or services;
- Website downtime or technical errors;
- Reliance on AI-generated or automated content;
- User-generated content; or
- Communications or transactions between users.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ESLBoards’ total liability arising from or relating to a paid service will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid to ESLBoards for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months; or
