The Resume Board is a searchable database of ESL teacher profiles. Teachers who have created accounts and posted their resumes are listed here, allowing employers to proactively find and contact qualified candidates.
How to access
The Resume Board is available with employer Resume Access Plans. Navigate to Find a Teacher → Resume Board to browse available candidates.
Searching for candidates
You can filter candidates by:
- Target country or region
- Certifications (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
- Experience level
- Availability
- Native language
Contacting candidates
When you find a candidate who matches your needs, you can contact them directly through the platform. Be professional and specific in your message — include details about the position, location, salary, and why you think they would be a good fit.
