Posting a job on ESL Boards is simple and gives you access to thousands of qualified ESL teachers worldwide.

Steps to post a job

  1. Create an employer account or log in.
  2. Click Post a Job from the navigation or your employer dashboard.
  3. Fill in the job details:
    • Job title (e.g., “English Teacher”, “ESL Instructor”)
    • Location (city and country)
    • Job type (full-time, part-time, online)
    • Salary range and currency
    • Job description and requirements
    • Application instructions
  4. Choose a posting plan (single post or package).
  5. Review and publish.

Tips for a great listing

  • Be specific — Include the exact location, working hours, and student age group.
  • Include salary — Listings with salary information receive significantly more applications.
  • List requirements clearly — Specify required certifications, degree level, and experience.
  • Describe benefits — Housing, airfare, health insurance, and bonuses attract more candidates.

How long do postings stay active?

Job postings remain active for 60 days by default. You can renew, edit, or remove a posting from your employer dashboard at any time.
