Managing Your Subscription

Viewing your subscription

To view or manage your employer subscription, log in to your account and navigate to your billing or subscription settings. There you can see your current plan, renewal date, and payment history.

Upgrading or downgrading

You can change your plan at any time:

  • Upgrade — The new plan takes effect immediately, and any prorated difference is charged.
  • Downgrade — The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to all features until then.

Refund policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase or have been charged in error, contact support within 30 days of the transaction with the details, and we will review your request.
