Keeping your account secure
Your ESL Boards account security is important. Follow these best practices:
- Use a strong, unique password — at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Log out when using shared or public computers.
- Be cautious of phishing emails — ESL Boards will never ask for your password by email.
How to reset your password
If you forget your password:
- Go to the login page.
- Click Forgot Password or the password reset link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link.
- Click the link and enter a new password.
If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact support via WhatsApp or the contact page.
Account locked or suspended?
If you are unable to log in and suspect your account may be locked, contact our support team. Include your registered email address so we can identify your account and assist you promptly.
