School Hiring Manager KPI

Seeking Native English Teachers for Winter 2022
Seoul, Korea, adjacent to Olympic Park

**MUST BE IN KOREA AND CAN START BY DECEMBER 19TH**

Position: Winter 2022

Full-Time Position

December 2022- Feburary 2024

Full-time Description: Full-time native English teacher responsible for teaching both kindergarten and elementary students. Up to 30 teaching hours per week plus scheduled prep time each day (for a full-time position).

Work Hours: 

Full-Time 

9:00 am to 6:00 pm (3 times a week) and 9:00 am to 7:30 pm (2 times a week)

Salary: 2.5-2.6 million won, *depending on experience*

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree (Education majors preferred, but not necessary)

Experience: Some teaching experience required, working with young students preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:

-  A passion for education and a love of working with children.

-  A good understanding of how to manage a classroom and levels of students.

-  Patience, compassion, and the desire to build strong relationships with your students 

Full-Time Position Benefits include:

• Housing: Furnished studio apartment within a 15 min. walk to the school/ or housing allowance
