However, creating a free account unlocks additional features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to all free downloads (resume templates, checklists, career planners)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to post and manage your resume on the Resume Board<\/li>\n<li>Saved job searches and job alerts<\/li>\n<li>Application tracking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to register<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Login<\/strong> in the top bar or any &#8220;Register&#8221; link on the site.<\/li>\n<li>You will be taken to the ESL Boards application login page.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Register<\/strong> or <strong>Create Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your email address and choose a password.<\/li>\n<li>Verify your email by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.<\/li>\n<li>You are now ready to build your resume, post to the resume board, and download resources.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Account types<\/h2>\n<p>ESL Boards offers two main account types:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teacher Account (Free)<\/strong> \u2014 For job seekers. Browse jobs, build a resume, access all downloads and guides.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Employer Account<\/strong> \u2014 For schools and recruiters. Post jobs, browse the resume board, and manage listings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You choose your account type during registration.
